Consulate-General of Israel in Philadelphia

Have been on the phone for the past three days. There is no one to talk to. Called the NY and Philadelphia consulate either of them are ansering the phone. I just have a simple request about my pasport re-newal. What is the point of this shering experience if no one responding. Just a west of time.

Impossible to get a hold of a human being!!!!!!
I am trying for the past 8 days to get to talk to anybody at the embassy to get info about renewing my Israeli passport. I could even leave a message because it tell you each time I call "this mailbox is unavailable" I just don't know what to do any more the fact is that my passport expires in August and I am planning to go to Israel in the fall. Minor child passport renewal
Hello, My daughter and I live in Ohio, and will be traveling to Israel on March 24th. My daughte's passport expires next month snd I need to renew it asap. I have called the number above and left a detailed messege with my contact info, but never received a call back. Please call! I need information regarding passport the renewal process asap!
