I was living in Jerusalem but now Iam living in liége and I have ID card for five year I don't have belgium nationality not yet I want to go to Israel for ten day to visit my family I have travel document from state of Israel when I came to belgique I took visa from the The Belgian Consulate in Jerusalem at it D visa Multi it's until 03-06-2014 I want to go to Israel in 30-3-2014 i would like to know if I need visa or no thanks
