package not collected
I have invited my mother and her niece for a holiday to Ireland scheduled for 01.03.11.
I have sent paperwork to the Irish embassy in Moscow to complete the visa but i have encountered a problem.
I sent the paperwork through the post straight to the embassy but to date the embassy appears to not have recieved the package.
The package was sent as registered post on 6 January 2011. According to the post office in Moscow, the package was brought to the embassy
but was not accepted. Im not sure of the exact reason but the post office said it could have been as a result of a lunch break at the embassy.
The post office in Moscow has informed me they have sent letters to the embassy to inform them that they have a package belonging to them.
I have tried to get my relatives in Moscow to collect the paperwork but the post office has informed them that only the embassy can collect the package
as they are the intended reciever.
I dont really know how to proceed, the package included a cheque to pay for the visa and a host of documents .

Im enquiring could the embassy collect the package from the post office.
I have all the required information below.

Hello! I would like to invite my friend's 13 year old daughter from Belarus to visit us in Ireland for 2 weeks to practice her English. How long does the visa process take and is there any restrictions for 13 year old travelling along? Thank you in advance,
