Please be advised that I was granted the Membership Of Royal College Of Surgeons in ireland in December 2010 I applied to a certain job in UAE, they didn't accept my certificate unless it was countersigned(verified) by the Ministry of Foreign Affair of Ireland and the Embassy of Ireland in UAE. Kindly advise how to obtain the verification.
