I am resident in Turkey now, and I will go to Erbil to work there, do I need a visa? if I do please tell me how many days does the procedure take to obtain it? and will I face some issues with Tunisian authorities

I am Tunisian, living and working in Erbil, my mother wants to come and visit me in Erbil, please can you advise if she needs to apply for a visa through the Iraqi embassy in Tunisia?
