how an iraqui national get can get a visa for tourist travel here in phils..

I need your help my c0usin is l0oking for his iraqy father.his m0ther got pregnant with Mr.Samir Alliastoma in 1982,the only information we kn0w about him is that he is a soldier.And his birthday May 15 we dont kn0w the year.. i really hope we can find him. help us also to c0mmunicate in s0me news channels in irap.thank u

formalized visa
hi this is enrique semera ventura from philippines.
i just wanted to finalized my e visa produced in kurdistan regional in iraq.

i already visit early morning to the iraq embassy here in makati philippines but the security personel didn't passed me to enter in embassy,
i really disappointed about that matter... because i booked flights already this coming monday,.. and i go to embassy to knowing more about i need to processed, but no one personel in embassy that i talked, only security personel.

please kindly reply to my message!.
