Comments on this Embassy
Hi, I was married in Iran and brought my wife over to the UK. Then unfortunately we didn't get on and decided to get a divorce. As we were advised by Iranian Embassy in the UK we needed to get divorce in a UK court which we did, then we had a divorce ceremony within the mosque with the religious person and have the certificate, but the last bit where we need to go to the Iranian Embassy to finish it off by submitting it and cancelling it in our Iranian IDs (shenasname) has not been done due to closure of the Embassy.
Please advice where can we go to get this done? do we need to attend or post documents? which Embassy would do it? or do we need to go to Iran?
Many thanks

Would you please let me know where i can download the applications for the renewals of expired Iranian passports. I would like to do this before i visit the embassy in Paris as this will save me a lot of time. would you also please let me know if all the paperwork is completed before hand can all the paper work be sent to Iranian embassy by post and would it require all of us coming to paris for this process?
Hello
my iranian passport has expiered and I need a newone to be able to go back to IRAN to visit the family , could I use my british passport to go home and then renew my old pasport in Iran ?
Hi,
I Live in Manchester, and im trying to go to Iran this summer, but I have a few problems with my passport. I have been Iran a few times, I go once a year to Iran, because my Passport is stamped, which lets me come and go, and now it has expired, I was wondering how can I renue this stamp? I rang the embassy in Ireland, not much luck there, as you know London is closed, Please help me with this, as I need to go to Iran soon, will it be better if i come to Paris, or just send my passport over?
Merci
I have been trying to call the embassy for 3 days now. When I do get through I am told to hold, music plays and after 10 minutes the line goes dead. I have a simple question.
I live in London and am a British Citizen. My nephew lives in Iran and is 13 years old. I took over his guardianship (sarparasti) last year with the aim of bringing him to the UK. Unfortunately this has not worked out, I now have to give back the guardianship to his mother (my brother passed away 2 years ago). I have a letter here which I have to sign and send back.
My question is do I simply take this letter to a solicitor in the UK and get it signed or do I need to come to the embassy in Paris? The Embassy in the UK is as you know closed. Please can you get back to me asap, this is really urgent.
Thanks
Mandy
