My brother lives in canada How can he get the form for power of attorney(Vekalatname forosh amval maghol and gher maghol ) to give it to my mother who lives in Iran,Tehran to act as his behave to sell property and get money from bank(my father passed away few moths ago).He goes to school he is short for time and money. .I would be appreciated if anyone out there can help us .

How can I get the form for power of attorney(Vekalatname) to give it to my cousin to go back to Iran,Tehran to act as my behave to sell his property and his money that was invested and it's been frozen in his bank,my father passed away few moths ago and I am not able to go back to Iran because of my illness,I just find out about my father passing away and my family tried to get all his money for themself but the bank froze his account until I go there or I give someone power of attorney.Please can anyone help me,it is very urgent.I would be appreciated if anyone out there can help me.

I need to apply for Card Melli, since these ... closed our embassy in Canada, I can't find any info regarding the forms, or even where to send anything! please if you can set up a page with these kind of info, or mentioning any page would be great help to Iranians in Canada.
