We wanted to import 500 ton from phenol to Egypt ,and we agreed to buy trail order of one container (14 tons) for which we tranfered 25% down payment to their account in Sweeden.
After more than one month ,they said they are not able to export one container and in the same time they don't want to return our down payment USD 2040.(25%).
It is first time to deal with Iranian company and we know that Iran is good country ,we are seeking your help to contact this person and arge him to return our money .
