Dengan hormat berkaitan dengan rencana program beasiswa tahun 2012/2013 bagi para guru dari mindanao untuk mengikuti program pasca sarjana di UIN Malang sesuai tembusan surat dari KBRI Manila tanggal 4 Mei 2012 Nomor 0639/Atdikbud/V/2012 yang kami terima dari Rektor UIN malang, kiranya Kementerian Agama dapat diberikan kelengkapan data para calon tersebut al ; Copy Paspor dan CV, untuk kami proses surat keputusan menteri agama untuk tahun ini, dan perlu kami sampaikan pula bahwa diharapkan kedatangan para calon tersebut pada awal agustus untuk proses administrasi dan pada prinsipnya Kem. Agama menerima dan dapat membiayai dengan perincian :
1. Biaya Hidup sebulan Rp. 1.300.000,
2. Asuransi Kesehatan Rp. 3.000.000/tahun
3. Ticket Manila-Jkt
4. Biaya Kedatangan Rp. 1.500.000,-
5. SPP Rp. 6.500.000/semester
6. Biaya Buku Rp. 1.000.000

I need to renew my visa when I come back to the Philippines. How long is the processing period after submission of all requirements. I live in the province, about 1 hour travel by plane.
