I would like to apply a visa to india. However, as I am traveling frequently, is there an express service (same day service)? Do I apply directly at the High Comm itself?

i went to our embassy 2 months ago to get a confirmation letter for my driving license and i provide all the require documents. person at counter told me they will call me in a week but i waited for 3 weeks but did not receive any of their call and finaly went to embassy again than they said wait for one more week and they will call me again but i have just wait and wait only. now the date of my basic theory to expire and previously i waited for my basic theory test for 2 months as well. pls sir/madam help me. i submitted my documents on 2-2-2011 my name is R.anbarasan hp. 81558871.(anbulove51@gmail.com)

I had applied to get a confirmation letter for my driving license through Mustafa Travels and provided all the required documents. My passport no. G9505684 & the application was put up on 25/10/2010 (i.e. more than 3 months ago) but I have not obtained any confirmation letter so far. Mustafa Travels have expressed their helplessness because they have not received any response from Embassy. Now the date of my basic theory test is about to expire and hence I need the confirmation letter urgently. Please help.

I'm an Indian and employed by a Singapore based company.I want to avail a personal loan from a state bank in India,but cannot avail as the bank told me that they need my salary certificate attested by the indian embassy in Singapore.I contacted my company which in turn told me that it will be impossible for them to do it.I want to know whether it is possible for a friend of mine who is in Singapore to get it attested for me.If yes what is the procedure?Please help.
