i am working in limited company.
and going to finish my contract after 3 month.
and my boss is not allowed me to work in Kenya for next 2 years in same field.
and my contract was saying that after finishing/termination/resignation in this condition i can not work here in Kenya.
it was written on company later head only.
can i come back and work successfully in another company? is that illegally action for me?
what do i do to prevent my self?
