We are trying to register as Overseas Citizens of India by using the ONLINE services but after answering the security question, it is going back to the previous page and bringing back to the security question and again after answering, it takes back to earlier page.
Unable to register online.
Can you help if we can obtain a form from your office or any other source or agent available to assist us as we came from ELDORET and waiting for this in Nairobi as we have to travel to India in the first week of December 2013.
Please also confirm if the same can be obtained within one or two weeks.
