Dear Sir,
Good morning…
I am sending you the mail because I am facing visa cancellation problem with my old company. Before 9 months on probation period I resigned OILFIELD SUPPLY CENTRE, in Muscat. The working environment of company was not good & it was completely unorganized with lot of problems. As per company policy, I did everything what company was expected from me. While on arrival time, company had prepared my visa cancellation papers also. Unfortunately on time they said, at present concern signatory is not available so we cannot cancel your visa. When the signatory will come we will do your visa cancellation exercise. Signatory coming date was also not fixed, so me & my wife together we exit from Oman. Same time our flat rent agreement was also get over, so there was no option in our hand, except coming back.
While exit time, company accountant prepared my settlement cheque, but could not deposited in bank, I don’t know why? Even they did not cancel my visa after my exit also. I have not done anything wrong with the company, but facing such problems, I don’t know why?
Meanwhile I got an offer from Gas Company in Oman and my new company people went to ministry for my visa. Surprisingly my new company employment visa application was rejected as it was showing & issued with OILFIELD SUPPLY CENTRE named. How can I work with new company as my old visa has not get cancelled by OILFIELD SUPPLY CENTRE?
My new company executives are also following with OILFIELD for NOC letter, but are not getting proper response from them. Neither they are cancelling my visa nor providing NOC letter, then what to do? How can I work with new company?
While beginning NATIONAL GAS COMPANY (SOAG) was my first company in Oman & spend 3 years over there without any problem. OILFIELD SUPPLY CENTER was my second company where I am facing such problem. Now OMAN INDUSTRIAL GAS COMPANY is my third company which offers me for job.
Sir, requesting you to please help me for this matter, as it becomes a problem in my life.
