My sister, a Filipina and her Indian National boyfriend were planning to have their Civil Wedding here in the Philippines.I went to the municipal hall in our town and they said that the foreign guy must secure a legal capacity from their embassy.They didn't give the exact information so I would like to ask.Is it the Indian Embassy here in the Philippines or there Embassy in India? One thing more,what are the requirements for the guy to get a Legal Capacity in their Indian Embassy?Thank you
