Visa for Indian Nationals travelling to the Philippines
Dear Sir : Madam

I am an Indian National residing in Papua New Guinea on Employment contract for over 13 years. I travel to the Philippines as and when required mainly for tourism, recrutiement and Business meetings.

While the Indian Govt allows Philippine national to obtain Visa on Arrival in India since Jan 2011, I wonder why there is NO reciprocal arrangements for Indian National arriving in the Philippines.

It is more important to mention here that the Philippine Embassy in Port Moresby in Papua New Guinea, even insist on Physical appearence for visa application. This is very inconvenient for person like me as I have to travel by air over two hours to visit Port Moresby.

Can you please update me whether the Indian Govt is taking necessary steps for reciprocal arrangements for visa on arrival for Indian National travelling to the Philippines.
