I'm a relative to some kids i'd like to send in India for studies and i'm a congolese citizen living in Rwanda,can i come to kampala for processing for their student visa?Because from here to Kinshasa i have to pay around 700Dollars almost the same amount for going in India,can i get my visa in Kampala as other rwandans?
