I am now over 65 born in India and migrated in 1949/50. My uncle real "chahca" is in Kanpur.

An Indian citizen Reema got marriage with my relative she visited india in 2007 to meet her parents and come back under legal time frame but after come back
She lose her legal status of live in Pakistan her Pakistani visa has expired and Indian passport also last week her father pass away and her mother also ill.
She want to meet her mother before any bad news.
Kindly help and guide heron humanity ground how can she renew her passport and Visa.

i live in hyderabad,pakistan...i wanted to go to india to attend the marriage of our relatives which is on 10th on december....i filled the visa form ..it took about 15-20 days to fill the form correctly....and to collect all the required documents...but on when after about 20 -25 days we went for submitting the forms fedrex office of hyderabad...they said that ur passport is not v... alid for the visa bcoz it expires on 22nd may 2014....so u cannot submit the visa form... my question from u is it that why didn't fedrex told us this on the very first day ...so we could renew or passports and colud get it back by now.....and there may be a chance to apply for the visa
tell me what can i do now to get da visa kindaly reply as soon as possible with da solution for my broblem thanks.
