Sir, i submitted documents for Tatkal Passport renew on 26/05/2014. today 01/06/2014.They were told me within 3 working days u got ur passport at ur address.now left 7 days. my vissa all ready out of date.The bls person told we delivered it on 29/05/2014 to courier company.when i contact courier company,they replay we can't delivery soon may be next fry day or another fry day. we are not responsible ur Passport is Tatkal. we no need talk u because we don't have contact deal. Now i asking u, who is the responsible of Indian citizen passport? . it Happened not with me.many other people facing same matter.Have Indian Consulate any responsible Our Indian People?

We have send fresh flowers to This Company in UAE & they have taken the Good with dummy TT copy & sent some amt were as balance ,Pls advice what to do & need help some call them from Embassy will put pressure on them .
AS PER THE INDIAN PASSPORT ACT 1967,IT IS VERY CLEARLY STATED THAT THE CONSULAR AUTHORITIES OF CGI,DUBAI HAVE GOT THE LEGAL RIGHTS TO IMPOUND ANY INDIAN PASSPORT IF THE HOLDER HAS GOT ANY PENDING CRIMINAL PROCEDURES IN ANY OF THE COURTS IN INDIA.BUT THEN,THIS IS NOT DONE IN TRUE SPIRITS AND WORDS FOR REASONS BETTER KNOWN TO THEM ONLY.THE MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS SHOULD LOOK INTO THE PENDING CASES ON PERIODICAL BASIS IF PROPER JUSTICE SHOULD BE DELIVERED TO THE AFFECTED PEOPLE.

I have a visa from Etisalat FMS but i couldn't travel on that visa now it was expired. I got a job in Dubai so i have aubmitted my all documents for visa proceesing but they said that we couldn't get a visa for u because still your previous sponsor didn't cancell uour visa so you haveto cancell thatprevious entry permit. So how can i cancell that visa i got a visa by a Travel agency i went and aaked them they said already we have sent a Mail but they didn't cancell so we can't pressure them.i want to camcell now ao please helo and assist me. Thank you
1.AS PER THE PASSPORT ACT 1967,A PASSPORT SHOULD BE IMPOUNDED IF THE HOLDER IS THE PRIME ACCUSED IN A RUNNING CRIMINAL CASE IN ANY OF THE COURTS IN INDIA.
2.THE LOOK-OUT CIRCULAR ISSUED BY ANY POLICE OFFICER NOT LESS THAN THE RANK OF THE DEPUTY COMMISSIONER OF POLICE ALSO HAS GOT A LEGAL VALIDITY FOR IMPOUNDING THE PASSPORT.
3.THE CONSULAR AUTHORITIES SHOULD FOCUS THEIR ATTENTION IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION GIVING PROPER JUSTIFICATION TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF OUR PASSPORT ACT 1967.
