I want to go to dubai in the trade of assistant quantity surveyor.my qualification in 12 passed , ITI in surveyor,AUTO CAD 2D with the 5 year full time work experience

Compliant about unpaid wages
Dear sir,
I was worked in UMA ELECTROMECHANICAL LLC, Dubai, during july 2011 to sept 2012. As the Company not paid me my monthly salary reguarly,i cancelled by visa and came back to India as they also agreed for my relieving and they had also confirmed to settle my dues in the next month as soon as the money is available to the company. But still they not paid the balance amount. What can i do now to get my unpaid salary. Pls help me sir. I am from india.

About my visa cancellation
Sir,
I am working on a labour supply llc company as an electrician.And i am also a good worker in this company.But my mannagement do not give my salary properly.now i hav 3 mnths of pending.At the same time they showing payment via banking service to uae goverment.And the company only giving hourly basic salary and it is very poor.If have no work no salary for us.On the last jun18 i planned to cancell my visa and give a resignation letter to the management.But till today they dont give the 3month of salary and cancellation.what i can do sir..?please help me..i am an indian also a kearalae.0527478736 email
