I stayed in India for 16 years due to the problems over here in srilanka. I did my schooling and graduation in India. Now I have come back to srilanka to start working. I have my graduation ceremony in the month of april. What can I do to get back to india to attend my graduation ceremony .

.i have an exit stamp in my passport.
.i went to india on a tourist visa

Please help me out sir.

Dear Sir,

Recently I read in one of the news papers that people who are above 60 yrs, no need to apply for Indian visa, instead on arrival at any Indian airport, visa could be endorsed.

If so, can you please confirm and appreciate if you could send scaned copy of such notification, in order to avoid any confrontations at airport counters.
