Student Visa
Dear Sir=0AAt the early beginning i want to greet you and beg your pardon t=
o read my message throughly.I Iraqi citizen and=A0i was living in Belgium i=
n 2011 and in March of this year i have got a provinional addmition in Andh=
ra University in Viskhspatnam. The university told me to go to the embassy w=
ith this provisional addmition to get a student visa and when you arrive he=
re to india you can complete your registration and pay the fees of study to=
get the final addmition.=0Ai went there in 15th of March 2011 and asked fo=
r a student vias.I waited up to june around two months and half without any=
reply and I called more than three times and they were telling me '' you h=
ave to wait''.in the first of july i called them and I told them taht my st=
udy will start in 15th of july and i have to hurry up they sent me to the c=
onsul there and said that he can not give me a student visa unless i have t=
he final addmition.I told him that the final addmition should be signed by =
me and how comes that Iam here and sign it and how will pay and the univers=
ity told me that this is the system in India that I can get student visa ac=
cording to the provisional addmition. He refused and said i will give you a =
tourist visa to go there then you can there change it after getting the fin=
al addmition.I believed him and pleased him to hurry because my study will =
start on 15th of July.On 15th July i went there to the embassy in Brussel a=
nd asked about my visa (after calling them afcourse) to astonish the officer there told me w=
e are waiting the reply from India .I told him is it normal to wait from 15=
March up to 15 July for a visa he said look either you wait or you take yo=
ur passport.I have already paid (( 113 euro )).=0AI have got my passport an=
d sent it to iraq through DHL to my family and they got me a tourist visa w=
ithin two weeks from the Indian embassy in=A0Baghdad and sent it back to me=
.I have arrived to India one week ago and I found that the students have al=
ready took too much materials.when I arrived I have finished all de payment=
and I paid the study fees and got the final addmition.I went to the police=
commissioner to change my visa from tourist visa into student visa he told=
me that he can't do it and this was the consul fault you had the right to =
get the student visa and advised me to consul you and even my embassy in Ne=
wdalhy advised me the same.So if there is any possibility to send my passpo=
rt to my family in Iraq=A0by DHL and they will follow the process during yo=
ur embassy.I would really highly=A0appreciate it because I focus on my stud=
y now and dont want to lose more time and lesson.=A0=0AIam asking your kind=
ness to help me.=0ASincerly=0AAl-Rifaie Murtadha=0ANote:=0ABelow you can fi=
