i applied to Indian embassy in Baghdad foe getting visa student but you refused getting it because you said that the star of studying in Bangalore university is 15 August 2012 as it was written in my offer letter , but i want to clear for you that the one who applied to me asked the admission to write this time because this time is so good for the one who wants to finish his duty in ministries in Kurdistan government. really the studying in Bangalore university starts at the beginning of September, for your information all the offers like my offer have the same.
and i have finished all my duty inside Iraq and waiting your visa to go and star my master in abroad.
please help me as soon as you can.

As stated b4, I want to visit historical Gurdwara Sahib in Baghdad which Guru Nanak Dev Ji visited. Is it in Green zone or out side? I know it is near Railway station. Is it safe to visit it?
