I just need the necessary documents to apply for my Hungarian passport yet the Hungarian Embassy in Pretoria never answer my calls and when I do eventually get hold of them they never send through the information

Good morning,
It is extremely hard to get hold of the embassy, and my mails are not answered - I have sent already about 5 times.
I need to get answers on Visa issues for my husband, also on permanent residence for him in Hungary, and also about my kids to study in Hungary.
I need urgent help with these issues and not sure what else I can do.
I have made two appointments at the Embassy to apply for visas. On the last appointment I was told to get a new passport and as I travel next week, the gentleman that helped told me that I did not need an appointment when I brought in all the documentation that he already checked and was satisfied.
My partner was at the Embassy to try and make some progress after many unanswered e-mails and unsuccessful calls.
The assistant sent him away and asked him to make an appointment online. This is frustrating as we have tried this route with no success.
I am willing to make yet another apoointment but please advise me on how to go about doing this?
I have even sent e-mails using my colleagues address in case my e-mails were not being delivered.

Why does the student visa take so long to come out its been more than a month since i applied and nothing yet plus am already two days late with school don't yall consider all this?
Hello, i am a student studying in Pecs, Hungary before coming back i lost my wallet with my permit inside. i have been trying to contact the embassy to help with this situation but i have not gotten a reply. i have a flight on the 31st of this month and need to get a travel document so i can go back. my permit is still valid until the end of October but i would have renewed it by them. i just need someone to help me

I wanted to do buy a Used Cooking Oil (UCO) from a company in your country.I would like to know if it is ideal or advisable to buy from this company (H & K Trade Company Kft) because it needs me to pay a deposit of 30% in advance.I am not sure if this company is indeed a popular or legitimate company which I can trust or it is one of the scammers in the business industry.I will highly appreciate your help in this matter.
