My brother is planning to get married with Hungarian woman they already meet each other on Skype. She is friend of my wife. With deep veneration and great reverence that i would like to attend the 6 days Teachers Training Program in Vilnius ,Lithuania.Sir i am working as a Teacher/Administrator in Educational Institution from many years.So now i have decided to attend this short course in Summer Vacations in 2013.

I need to attend a business conference in budapest I have already recieved my invitation letter and my hotel reservation letter from budapest, now my question which visa should I apply for business or visit, the conference willlast about 5 days.
