then sugest me to submited new application ,then stole me 6500DA, THEN gave the refuse ,then forbid me to enter into consulate and ask me to get an appointment from the bigest thieves the betrayer for talking with the consul
if algeria did nothing to you , i will do to you by any way

and what you think with the powerless office for delaying ths matter for closed it

Dear Sir,
I`m writing to express my deep anger and great disappointment about the bureaucratic problem I always have at your embassy here in Algiers
I got married to a Hungarian woman in Dec. 2010 here in Algeria and every document is registred at the immigration center in Budapest 2011,then my wife left to Hungary because she is working there.I`ve tried so many times to get a visa in order to visit my wife but your embassy has always denied right .
However, this refusal is, under all laws, illegal, unhuman dishonest and unfair. Furthermore, I’m completely angry about the people working in your embassy in Algiers and their treatment and reactions to people.
In fact, I have found everything there but no sign of professionnality,I see they are corrupt people.
On march 17, 2014, I submitted my document for a visa application at the Hungary`s embassy in Algiers including my marriage act (issued in Hungary) but I was very astonished when they asked me to pay 6500 D.A, though I know that no Hungarian law requires me to pay for a visa. And I did pay just to get the visa and visit my wife, but my great sadness and surprise is due to the fact that I have been denied my right and they have refused once again to give me the visa.
Frankly, this behavior and this permanent refusal to give me a visa is unacceptable and unjust. I, therefore, would like you to intervene and make your agents respect your country `s law.
My family and my life is being destroyed by such acts.
I found no explanation to my dilemma; my wife has left me since 2010 and we have never met since then. What kind of marriage is this?! In a normal situation, we could have at least 3 children! But we have none yet !My salary ,my time and my life are being wasted in just going and going back to your embassy ,but in vain ! What kind of family have we raised?! For unknown reasons ,my wife can’t come to Algeria. I decided to visit her in Hungary , but your embassy in Algiers has always refused me the visa (in 2011,2012,2014) ,and I have complained about that so many times ,but no change. I have also. Applied for `family reunification visa` in March 2012, but they refused for no good reasons. For the sake of heaven ,what should I do?!
My family is being disintegrated by such refusal and this is against all legislations and humanity.
I would be very grateful if you would consider my case.
P.S : The articles from 1 to 50 in the law of Hungary and the EU legislations all give me the right for a visa.

Your consul named marrian and her employers Linda Barbara destroyed my marriage by conflict, your new consul and his employer named Linda stole from me 6500 DA in 2014 then gave me the refuse and mistook to the administration algerian by saying you didn’t bring Hungarian marriage original act even the copy validate of this act was in their hands and submitted.
What I want is: visa as soon as possible,and all my right and stop foxiness which happend every time

3 years and 6 months exactly i thought the consul have a feeling, awre by humanity but i find more than the criminal yes stole my money and gave the refuse which humanity you know

dear sir i sent you my complain with all details in 10/04/2014 , in 28/05/2014 i came to your office and i didnt found you ,we checked my complain and we didnt found it
now it is 2 months and no way for delayed time ,this matter will not closed or forget ,my complain to the president him self is ready with the 2 pic of president algerian and the first power man houari boumedian and the flag of algeria
my complain will sendding to the defence minister for shure arrived to president when i became mad i do every thing ,iam now mad and you and algeria and hungary accept what i do
