We married Sento Domingo like one years ago we never recieve my extrait achive I go to Haiti to the achive national they say I don't have any pepper coming from embassy santo Domingo I need my pepper what they need me to do please help me for that please!!!

a good idea to avoid haitian of making cedula is provide a good service in haitian embassy in dominican republic trust me i am haitian 1000% but out service i sucks, horrible,
