bad customer services.
Haitian born but left Haiti at 6 to France. I needed a birth certificate to apply for my citizenship. I do not have any close family members in Haiti. I called the Haitian embassy with my surprise. I have experienced the worse customer service. Not sure if its because I speak French, she refused to help and hung up on my face. I called back the same person picked up and hung up stated they now closed call back tomorrow. I am so happy that I found my birth certificate with out their help and now will not have to deal with the Haitian embassy anymore. If We wonder why Haiti is not advancing and our own Embassy do not treating us with courtesies. wish you well...

GET EYES ON HAITI
Dear consulate,as Haiti representative,I truly interrested as Haitian/American/Electrician contractor to partipate or to join the haitian government regarding the construction in haiti.
Electro services/Electrical contractor, inc. and I as the president join together to offer our technical service to my first country Haiti as volunteer.
This note it not about to asked a favour, but it all about to do a favour to Haiti as originally Haitian.

Burned Haitian lady
I really will like to request your help for a Haitian lady that is burned from neck to her toes.
She needs compression garments that are very costly and help in other aspects.
If there are any groups that can help her ,please let me know!!
Thanks!!

Is your ht address written in English or French?
You refer people to "hatianconsulat.ht"
I don't know what language "hatian" is, but I would advise you to stick to one language at the time.
if English write "haitianconsulate.ht"
if French write "consulathaitien.ht"
This is truly unprofessional and only makes us look illiterate to the world.

Cry for help.
Hi, Dear Mr. General I Rock born in haiti until the age of 13 years old until my family sent for me, leaving in the united state since. As I grew up and married me and the wife we invested in property in haiti, because we love our country and would love to go back and retire. I find that very hard to belive or to undestand after you purchase a property and own it with all the document attach for someone else to come along kick you out, ask for you to repay and or loose everything you've worked for. Please help me understand, my emial address is erzulie@bell south.net and cell phone is 305-479-9480. Thanks for your time, Rock Boucard.

Customer service
I think that we as a people need to change the way we do business period. The customer service level needs to be higher, I've read all the comments on here all negatives and me too I've had a bad experience with these people. I try contacting the BBB ( Better business bureau) for them, their research states that their headquater's in Haiti. I even dig way more come to find out that they don't get have of their mail for those who take the time out to complain and the other half they don't even get a reply. My advise which Im sad to say, is just forget them and become a Citizen leave them with they old ways.
