It seems as though people hook up their family with jobs at the Guyana consulate because the receptionist is very unprofessional dont have any info and dont know anything . im quite sure they have hundreds of young professional Guyanese with a college degree in the New york area tht would do a better job at the consulate than the disgraceful job their doing currently
It seems that the Guyana Consulate staff are always rude and unprofessional. Customer Service is very important aspect when working with the Public. The process to renew or obtain a new passport is so hassling and frustrating. This is my 2 time renewing my passport and ever time I visit the office its something new. passport picture no good. Incorrect spelling. Why can't the staff take their time and double check and be a bit more polite..
I am very upset with the guyana consulate staff the are not pleasant at all very rude especially that person that answer the phone she cant give you no proper information that is not nice as guyanese to guyanese its very sad to know our own people treat us like dirt.

Can this please be loaded online? So I (and everyone else who needs this) do not have to trek to NYC to get this? Or, if there is someplace I can pick up one outside of Manhattan, can someone let me know?

I am trying to renew my mother passport since july last year.first the passport return with the wrong date of birth.they sent it back to guyana to be corrected since then the cannot give me an update,we need to get rid for the PPP and PNC dictators and find a new party
I always check this site to inquire about job postings. I would love to work there because I believe with my education and experience I can make a difference.
