Comments on this Consulate-General
My call was picked-up on the first ring.
The receptionist was quite pleasant.
I visited the Guyana consulate on several occasions and not one of them was pleasant. I am so ashamed at be called a guyanese. There should be someone or somewhere that people can lodge a complaint against these people that work at the consulate. They are rude, disrespectful and very incompetent. They treat people like crap. Please someone read this get these people some help. They badly need it. We are not in Guyana anymore we need to act like it.
Is there anyone to call for the bad customer service at the NY Guyan consulate? These peopl are so rude n disrespectful. They talk to people like we ask for something for free. There are no help, even the manager is rude. This is a disgrace not only to the guyan consulate, but to the Guyanese people. Please is anyone know of anyway I can get these peopl training or help please let me know thank.
