My cruise ship will stop at Santo Tomas de Castilla, Guatemala for a few hours, does that count as a transit?
Basically my mom has a Chinese (PRC) passport, and a US greencard, doesn't have any visa from Guatemala. My understanding is she does not need a transit visa. I don't know if she can visit Santo Tomas de Castilla for a few hours.....

hay algun consulado en el estado de Washington? para tramitar reposicion de pasaporte o algun servicio por internet donde se puede hacer lo mismo. gracias

Can I get the Guatemalan VISA for me to attend ISO workshop in Guatemala in the USA? I have the valid VISA for the USA for my transit which I suppose will allow me to stop and get my VISA for Guetamala. The VISA has already been approved by Guatemalan Government.
