I have been waiting for my passport for five months (Sept 2014). Since then, I have not heard from them. I have called and no one answered, but a voicemail said to "call later - the line is busy". I also sent an email to the one on the website but it comes back invalid.
Quiero saber los requisitos para renovar pasaporte y el valor del mismo, asi como el horario de su oficina en nueva yourk. En caso la unidad movil no visite esta area este ano.

yo yame a consulado y les pregunte que que nesesitava y me dijeron que ria los papeles orijinales y copias y les pregunte que si mi esposo tenia que ir y me dijeron que no.yo vivo a cuatro horas de la ciudad y yego para desirme que mi esposo tenia que estar presentey le dije que abia yamado y me dijo que quien abia contestado da pena que las mismas personas de su pais lo humillen a uno es una verguensa que no tengan la responsabilidad de explicarle auno se la creen para mas la jente de este pais le explican punto por punto aunose desepciona uno de jente de su pis Guatemala.que que era la ley me dijo cual ley para la jente honrada ay ley quetristes
fui a mi consulate de Guatemala localisado en new York el personal es de lo major amables y me atendieron de lo major en mi renovasion de mi pasaporte lo recivi ala semana de averlo ido a renovar muchas grasias por ser tan rapidos y profesionales grasias consul de Guatemala en new York city
