I have a friend that was hurt on the job and in order to get the surgery he eeds has to get his birth certificate and passport from Guatemala. there is fee for this service and the patron had not given him any money for anything food rent nada. though the patron said he will pay for his medical but only little by little. what can be done to help in this situation? there is a time problem also if not done this week it will be worse for him to get the surgery not to mention more money for the extra procedure.

Es que este consulado presta algun servicio? He tratado de comunicarme hoy Marzo 1 2011 al menos 17 veces por medio de servicio telefonico y siempre recibo una senal de "telefono ocupado" Pienso que reusan prestar servicio a los ciudadanos que lo necesitan. Que pena, pero esta es la impresion recibida.
Estoy preguntando de cambiar el pasaporte de mi esposa quien a penas se se casó. Vivo en Florida. Me puede dar una pista de como empezar?
