u should treat people in a better way especially your citizens!
be clear on what documents you need from the first appointment instead of making us wait for hours on our next appointment then tell us that this paper needs translation etc..
I am sure it makes you feel more important by treating people with arrogance but it will surely not make of you an important respected person!
