Do I need to provide the documents that stated in the Greece embassy website for non Nigerian nationals? And how much does visa application fee cost? how long will it take to process visa to attend a business conference in Greece?

I am one of the members of Xango family After 5 months of applying for visa and coming for interview for 2 times and paying 30,000 each time making it 60,000 and mecilinous expense on the quest for this interview still I have not been given visa and my passport not yet given back to my for the past 6 months now, please I wish to know what is the cause for the delay for the visa after a month now after my last interview wish I was ask to comeback after 10 working days for collection of my passport up till now nothing.
