Beware: IPA (Institute of Professional Accountants) www.IPAorg.com is an unaccredited institute provides certificates from a fake associations/institutes in USA, UK…..etc. For example: American Institute of Professional Accountants www.AIPAorg.com is established by IPA as a Virtual Limited Liability Company (LLC) Registered in Tennessee, USA to approve the IPA certificates.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Ahmed and resident in The Netherlands.A family member of me called FRANCIS ATSU KISSEH have been residing in Libya for the past 8 years. For about 3 years none have had contact with him again. His wife, 10 year old son, his mum, brothers and sisters, good friends like me are really worried. I had plan visiting Libya next summer vacation to hunt for him. May I know if he is registered with the Ghana Consulate in Libya? His fone number use to be 00-218-925101543 but this number is now owned by an arab who doesn't understand English. I have been advising him not to attempt crossing the illegal ferry to neighbouring Europe due to unforseen circumstances. Does any one knows his whereabouts? For a handsome reward, please fone 0031629444531. Thank you very much. You can also send email to yougbare@gmail.com
