Your Invoice Contract And File Numbers Respectively (CG600400/1G/ARWS/CON/03/GH. AND FILE NO: RE/MI/0021) have been awarded to your Company for the supply of:550.000sqm of Ceramic Tile 40x40cm.

Your supply valued fund will be paid by international Commercial Bank of Ghana, as soon as the following Obligations are meet within five (5) days from today:

(1) Fill the Acceptance Form and return it with Acceptance Fee, which will be used to obtain Authentication Letter of Guarantee by our Legal Department.

(2) A copy of the Acceptance form will be submitted to the Bank for 80% payment, after the Authentication letter has been obtained directly from Accra High Court of Justice.

The Authentication Letter of Guarantee is one of the contract supply Procedures and Regulation on foreign supply Act of 1987 constitution of Republic of Ghana and not optional.
