After deep investigation, I find out that: All emails with offers sent from theses companies in Ghana are fake job offers. Theses companies are fictitious, aimed to earn money without any services.

Dear Sirs/Madam,
Because of an urgent travel abroad, I couldn't have time to process visa application in my home country, Addis where there is your embassy. Is it possible to process visa application at the airport in Accra? Or is it possible to process it in Brussel? If either one is possible, what do I need to bring with the application? Is it different from what you require in your Embassy in Addis Ababa because I know what is required here.
