I am trying to figure out how to notify the German agency that sends the checks to my dad's account for German Social Security. I don't read German and can't figure out what the papers he has say. Can anyone help me, please ??

I just got of the phone with the Consul in Seattle, Mrs. Petra Heussner-Walker. She informed me that we have no Honorary Consul of Germany here in Spokane, WA and that for several years. http://www.germany.info/heussner

Guten Tag Herr Guenther. Ich habe noch meine deutsche Staatsangehoerigkeit und besitze eine gueltige Emmigranten Karte seit 1978. Der Reisepass lief im Februar 2010 aus. Anfrage per Post im August 2012 zum Deutschem Konsulat in Spokane,WA blieb bisher unbeantwortet. Meine Mutter wird 92 und moechte mich gerne nochmal sehen und Tochter will 2014 in Mexico heiraten wofuer ich sicher einen gueltigen Reisepass benoetige. Bitte helfen Sie mir!

I have a permanent green card, that, as I found out from Homeland security needs to be renewed in order to obtain another german passport. Other than sending the complete I-90 form to Phoenix, AZ, where else may I send the form to? I reside in hayden , Idaho and need to find something closer to submit my paper.
