Grandfather's Iron Cross
My deceased German born mother used to tell me that her father received an Iron Cross in WWI from the German Army. Is it possible that there is a record of his iron cross and I could receive a copy of the record. Could you please direct me to the proper agency.

Passport
I am contacting You in regard to my Mother Ingeborg Doebler, age 87. Her Passport will expire in May of this year. Houston has recommended we get in touch with Your office. We are located in Ferriday La.

My Mother has lived w/us for the last 15 years. There are NO plans to go to Germany. She needs her Passport for Verification/Pension.
Can we make an appointment, please?
Thank You
