I just want to know how to apply and acquire a visa to germany. are there any fee charges to be met. what are the requirements to apply?

Im a kenyan married to a germany.i got married one wek ago and i have a student visa valid up to january 2010.i need to go to kenya urgently.my marriage visa takes up to 14 days to process.can i be able to bring my child back with me as long as i have the marriage certificate and a valid visa?I DONT HAVE TIME TO WAIT FOR THE VISA8MARRIAGE TO BE PROCESSED:I HAVE TO GO THIS WEEK AND ATTEND TO AN URGENT FAMILY MATTER IN KENYA:please help.i need an urgent reply!
