The services rendered by BLAcK workers in the Embassy is not upto date.When someone call for help they speak very badly and cut off the phone as if one was on war with them.They delay work such that even when we need help from that office,it doesn't collaborate with foreign affairs here in German to deliver the feedback.I suggest the germans should take over as it was because their offices here are puntual and we are missing.
