Inquiry in behalf of my brother, a German passport holder expiring on aug 18, 2014. :
He is going back to Germany this aug 31, 2013 and intends to go back to the Philippines this October or November, 2013.
Could he renew this passport in the Philippines, instead of going back to Germany again in January 2014, just for passport renwal-- complying with the 6months rule of passport renewal.
