Formal Obligation
My life partner is a German but currently based in Taiwan for work. We will be visiting Germany on October. Since he will shoulder everything, it says there in the list of visa requirements that I need to submit a formal obligation coming from his home country and form be filled up by him. But he is in Taiwan now, so what is/are the other option/s for this case. Thanks
