why do german Embassy in lagos finds it difficult to give visa to visit my boyfriend.I m only going to germany for visit,please i m not going there to stay,we have submitted all our necessary document to the Embassy,how long does it take for german Embassy to respond to my appeal letter

i applied for visiting visa. it was refused please give me advice on what to do. because the convention i want to attend is on the 4th of July.
