لقد حضرت ذوجتي المقابله منذ تاريخ 15-12-21015 وتم استكمال كافت الاوراق وتسليم الجواذات الى السفاره لكننا لم نتلقى الرد حتى هذا التاريخ حضرت ذوجتي الى السفاره شخصيا لكن لم تستطع الاستفسار ورقم الهاتف مشغول رجائي لكم عائلتي اصبحت في وضع سيء اتمنى من حضرتكم الرد رقم ملف ذوجتي

Hello: this is Alali Omar. I'm Alhamoud Khansaa husband. Her file number is *1262133*. My wife attended the appointment and applied for the visa with my four children in the ninth of December, and still waiting for the visa! In the twelvth of February, the Embassy called my wife to ask her for new documents and new passports for the twins. I would like to know in detail about the documents you asked for, because my wife could not recognise exactly what you asked for. I would like also to know if there is a timeline to submit those documents.
