i want to know about German language visa whats documents require for German language visa.

I have applied for the German visit visa to see my cousin there, but rejected. they gave me the reason that i have not submitted the financial documents even i have submitted bank statement and financial support certificate. I want to appeal for the rejection of visa so where and on what address should i send email and my proofs?
