Blocked account stamp
Dear Sir/Madam,

I am applying for blocked account and one of the requirements is that all documents have to be certified by the German embassy. What time is it possible for me to go to the consulate in Ho Chi Minh City? From my knowledge the consulate is open from 7.30-3.15 but for certification, only from 1-2. Is this true? Is it possible for me to go to the consulate in the morning at 7.30 instead of going at 1?

Kind regards,
Adriaan
