I was wondering if you know if I was awarded a blue disabled parking badge in Germany how often (In years) do I need to re-apply for it ? I ask as my friend can`t read his now as the sun has faded the dates, I know in UK it is every 3 years you need to re-apply for a new blue disabled badge for parking, Thank you

i have applied for a university in germany and am i citizen of nepal.however,i am a resident holder at spain.so my query is that do i need any speacial visa requirement for my stay at germany as a student?
if yes,what should my precedure be like?
