Dear Mr. Wilhelmy! My name is Ursula Jumper and I have been here in the states for 50 years. I have looked at my passport and it will expire in the beginning of October. I just heard that my sister of 77years has fallen and has a bleed. Just in case I have to go home, what will I have to do to get it renewed with the new regulations. How do I go about to renew, when do I make an appointment with your Konsulate? Fill out the application ,have my picture taken and then what. Please help me to get it started.Thank you very much. My friend is here to visit and lost her passport. Can she get her 30 day pass to return to Germany here in Cincinnati at the consulate or does she have to go to one of the embassy in Chicago or ATL?
I have not renewed my german passport since I was 10 years old (which was 15 years ago), is there anything i need to do differently since it has been expired for so long?

I have no record of my Green Card, I came over in 1954 with my parents. I need to known were I can find out were we entered and date and also were I got my green card. can you help
